First 2024 Chapter meeting will be held in-person at Sons of Italy on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, 7:00 to 8:30 pm. EMSOA is your organization. It works best when you come and participate.

- Presentation and interactive round table discussion of Player, Coach, Game and People management moderated by, President Wayne Brown and Chapter Interpreter Ed Rae.
- Discussion of several rules and game management issues that have already occurred so far this season.
- Jim Quinn will discuss West Chapter’s implementation of Referee Development this year
